At Alternative Livin’ your satisfaction matters to us! While we don’t offer cash refunds, we’re happy to provide a store voucher for future purchases if your item isn’t quite right.

Returns

  • We accept returns on sealed, unopened items only.

  • Items must be returned in the same delivery bag they arrived in.

  • Please drop off your return at our designated Drop-Off Bin in Oranjestad.

Before dropping off your return, kindly message us via WhatsApp at +2975601789 to let us know. We’ll guide you through the next steps and coordinate your store voucher once we’ve received and verified the return
